On the inside, you will find 1800 (Standard Version) or 2,680 (XL Version) regular size red and near infrared light emitting diodes that deliver high irradiance so you can get a quick, efficient treatment in the comfort of your home. Each light bead has 3 chips, 2 near infrared to 1 red for superior power output and even light coverage.
The Full Body Red Light Therapy Pod comes with an easy to use controller which allows you to adjust your brightness, the length of your treatment as well as enable pulse mode if desired.

Remove most or all of your clothing prior to entering the red light therapy pod as the light does not penetrate clothing
Plug the light therapy controller for both the top section and bottom section of the pod into a wall outlet. Turn power button on
Choose desired treatment time and brightness

It is normal for the pod to warm up a little bit during your treatment due to the LEDs and your body heat
