An adjustable steel 6-grid pull-up bar that can be used as a barbell holder. The pull-up bar has felt lined hooks to prevent marking the wooden rungs. Thanks to its removable construction, the pull up bar can be positioned on different rungs and adjusted to the height of the user. The pull up bar has six non-slip handles, which allows for a wide range of different types of pull-ups, as well as the core, back and shoulder conditioning exercises.
