The pull-up bar has felt lined hooks to prevent marking the wooden rungs. Thanks to its removable construction, the pull-up bar can be positioned on different rungs and adjusted to the height of the use.
It has six non-slip handles, which allows for a wide range of different types of pull-ups, as well as the core, back and shoulder conditioning exercises. When rotated by 90 degrees, it can be used as a barbell holder.
